I give you an inch and you take a mile

1. Chicken feet, 2. Tripe, 3. New Year Cakes (not sure of actual name), 4. Danica's bird Violet, 5. Danica, Carmen, myself and Kyleen in front of 'The Fruit Bowl', 6,7,8 &9. Blue Mountains Botanic Gardens, 10. Cliff overlook, 11. Kyleen's Bird ring
Pictures from the last week. Had brunch with the family at yumcha to start the week off. I have a love/hate relationship with yumcha to be honest, I don't really like it but once I'm sitting at the table it's a bit hard to resist. Later on in the week my unbelievably talented class mate Danica took Carmen, Kyleen and myself all the way to the Blue Mountains to take pictures. Check out the results here. It was such a fun but rewarding day and I met her bird Violet! He's so gorgeous I couldn't stop staring! On other news it's Chinese New Years in two days so HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEARS EVERYONE!

Because we're scared to see each other with somebody else

1. First ever taste of Ben & Jerry's, 2.Waking up to Oreo, 3. DIY Cape Cardigan, 4. Mum's Hu Tieu, 5. & 6. DIY Tiny ribbon roses, 7. & 8. DIY Glitter nails 9. Glitter nail supplies
Back to my 'random collection of photos' coupled with 'slightly lame, kinda boring, no one really cares' overview of what's been going on lately. Three of my very close friends; Kabhi, Andy & Shadman, had a joint birthday celebration yesterday night. Had a ride off Nicholas there before dancing the night away and crashing back at Nicholas's for a little chill out sesh with Danica H before being picked up by mumma! So there is about 2 weeks of holidays left, have so much work to get started in (which I know I really should have done ages ago) but you know what, too late for regrets. However I have begun reading Snow Falling on Cedars and I actually really like it, I've heard people complaining about how slow it is and how nothing happens but obviously they haven't read Waiting for Godot. Till next time!

Little waves our bodies break

DIY ; Cape Cardigan, Cotton On Body; Corset, Unbranded; Suede pants, Diva; Birdcage necklace (gifted by Melanie)
The photos probably aren't doing these pants justice but damn they are so amazing. They have suede-ish feel to them and are an amazing deep rusty colour, and the pricetag? I bet none of you will ever guess the price. Picked them up when I went to the markets with mum yesterday, pretty much an impulse 'I haven't gotten anything, must buy something' buy. In other news my skin is finally finishing it's whole peeling process, just a few more days now I predict! All these outfit posts are probably boring people, sorry guys!

Leave all your love and your longing behind

Cotton on Body; corset, DIY; skirt, ALDO; heels
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! Hoping everyone had a memorable if not comfortable (directed at fellow NYE home dwellers like me) New Year! As mentioned before I'm going through peeling stage hence one of many reasons why I opted to stay home for NYE (besides the fact that I'm forever alone). But hypothetically if I went, this would have been my outfit. You can see how red my legs still are and thankfully with this camera quality you aren't able to see the peeling skin...and bad bikini tan :S Anyway, as the New Year starts, so does my final year of High School. No time for reminiscing though, gotta get my head down and get going! Need to smash the HSC!
